Service Description

The purpose of this light session is to introduce you to the light and how I work with it. It will include your choice of up to 15 min light session of alpha, beta, gamma, theta, SMR or psychedelic frequencies based on your needs All sessions include light and sound and frequency delivered through a vibro-acoustic massage table for maximum immersement. For optimum benefit, optional healing touch/energy work and aromatherapy using essential oils are also included to anchor the light experience deeply into the body. Mini coaching session and integration homework are included
