This gives you the opportunity to try out the light and experience a 30 or 60 min session including coaching, light session, aromatherapy, healing touch and integration homework to make the best of your experience.

All sessions includes light and sound and frequency delivered through a vibro-acoustic massage table for maximum immersement. For optimum benefit, optional healing touch/energy work and aromatherapy using essential oils are also included as options to anchor the light experience deeply into the body.

 

Book a 30 min mini session ($75) including - A mini coaching session to help you decide what frequency is right for you (alpha, beta, gamma, theta, SMR or psychedelic. - Up to 15 min under the light. - Aromatherapy. - Vibroacoustic Sound Table. - Healing Touch. - Integration homework to help you get maximum benefit from your experience.

 

Book a 60 min full session ($150) including - A coaching session to help you decide what frequency is right for you (alpha, beta, gamma, theta, SMR or psychedelic. - up to 25-35 min under the light. - Aromatherapy. - Vibroacoustic Sound Table. - Healing Touch. - Integration homework to help you get maximum benefit from your experience.
