This offering gives you a customized video for you to keep, containing your affirmations in your voice over a relaxing musical sound clip you choose. Four 20 min light/coaching sessions, (10 mins under a light session of your choice) help to anchor your desires into your reality using your voice to reprogram your own subconscious while the brain is in a fully neuroplastic state allowing you to be rewired for success in a way that most matters to you. (for quickest results a weekly light session for 4 weeks is best and daily use of your affirmation video 10 mins before you get out of bed in the morning is recommended.) Service includes -customized affirmation video creation -4 20 min light/coaching sessions -affirmation video to keep (can be added to any 5 or 10 punch passes as an add on)
